Another call out to Hannibal Riders past and future! This time Stage 16 of the TDF rides out of Carcassonne just like early on our Hannibal’s trail. The area around Carcassonne is great riding although it looks like they are heading out west which can be busy if you dont have roads closed for you! We come from the south which is all tiny roads, hills and castles and some of the loveliest riding of the trip.
