RIDE Every week I ride with cycling friends from L’Escala. I absolutely love these beautiful rides, heading towards Girona, through the fields of Madremanya, the vineyards of Peralada or following the coastline up to Cap de Creus.

RELAX Having a time out with friends and family. Being out in nature. Diving into the sea after exercise and a cold shower on the beach.

REFRESHMENT Wouldn’t mind a Mojito once in a while…:)
