Cycling gets you further than most people realize once you start stacking up the kilometres. A ride of 5,000 km is roughly the distance across the longest width of Australia and it's already about an eighth of the way around the planet. Push to 10,000 km and you've covered a quarter of the Earth's circumference (around 40,075 km at the equator). At 20,000 km, you're halfway around the entire globe, equivalent to something like Sydney to London and most of the way back again (if you go very direct)!

So who has ridden the furthest with Bike Odyssey? Who has ridden the most tours? We keep track of all the kilometres our riders cycle around the world and they certainly add up. We didn't want to leave the guides out of this table so we have awarded our guides 1/2 kms, which is, in fact, true. After all the guides get to drive every second day!

We will update this table every 6 months and we are partering with world renown brands to give riders awards when they get to significant milestones.
