Yesterday Sam I and scooted around south of Hobart to review and refine the final days of the inaugural UnderDownunder tour. Here’s a summary of what those days will be about and a bunch of images to illustrate the joys of the area.
On the third last day of riding the tour will leave Richmond, skirt Hobart and climb up onto the lower slopes of kunanyi/Mt Wellington before heading off into the Huon Valley. The second last day will take us over to Channel district and over to wonderful Bruny Island. The final day of riding brings us back up Bruny, north along the Channel Highway and then a wonderful waterfront detour into Blackmans Bay and Kingston before the final – fairly friendly – climb up and over the Bonnet and into Hobart.
