This morning were could really appreciate just how much elevation we climbed yesterday as it was almost a free-wheeling 20km (chilly) serpentine cruise back down to the valley.  

A comparable easy rolling cycle through small villages until we got closer to Grenada. 

Our hotel is the Alhambra Palace (on top of the hill adjacent to the Alhambra) and the last couple of very steep kilometres were not at all  pleasant but the reward was the beautiful view from our rooms.
